I started following Melissa awhile ago but my obsession did not officially take over until about a month ago. Melissa is a yoga/pilates instructor, vegan, mom, and life coach. She is so positive and her energy is contagious. I love her daily posts and instagram stories, she inspires me to make healthy choices and get back into regularly working out!
2. App to Download: Fitner
So this one goes along with #1. Melissa shares her workouts on the app Fitner, this is a subscription service, 9.99 a month but you can get a week trial for free! Again, I have a girl crush on Melissa so for the past few weeks I have been doing her workouts before work and it’s been awesome. Her workouts are typically between 20-40 minutes which is perfect for me. It’s quick but I know I am getting a good work out, I have the sore muscles to prove it.
3. Recipe to try: Vegan Quinoa Chili
Give me all the soups and chilis—-this time of year I just crave it. This one was simple and delicious! This recipe is also gluten-free 🙂
4. Product to try: Branch Basics
I started using Branch Basics a few months ago after the recommendation from a friend( thanks, KJ)! I love all natural products and health is a huge priority for me. I love that these products are chemical free and they work really well!
